Please read! Rumour Board
Nanase Mitabi
Good evening, I'm Nanase Mitabi.
Recently, there appears to be an increasing number of
you who are failing to uphold the local rules of this
board. I thought this may be because many of you are
coming here for the first time, so I decided to make
this thread to clearly list the rules.
Unlike other boards, there are several rules that are
constantly in effect. Before you post here, please make
sure to read them in the following responses.
Thank you.
1. Adhere to the thread rules
Nanase Mitabi
There are four types of threads in the rumour board.
When making a new thread, please make sure it
adheres to one of the four (there are people out there
who use this board as a serious reference, so please
be thorough).
Sightings/Encounters:
Please use this type when describing something you
have seen or experienced for yourself. If it's
something youve heard, please differentiate the type
of thread between online and offline.
Online Rumour:
Use this type when talking about rumours related to an
online setting.
Offline Rumour:
Use this type when talking about rumours related to a
real like setting.
General:
Use this type for general discussion threads that do
not fall into the previous three thread types.
2. Not taunting
Nanase Mitabi
Based on the nature of this board, there will always
be discussions about things that would not normally
be considered as common sense. However, no
matter how improbable you may think someone's post
is, do not mock them or their views.
3. 'Good evening' as a greeting
Nanase Mitabi
No matter what time of the day it may be, always greet
your fellow posters with "Good evening."
There is no particular reason for this, but it has
been a long-standing tradition of this board.
Please uphold it.
Point of Caution
Nanase Mitabi
The things written in the threads here are the rules
pertaining only to the Rumour Board. Please stop
bringing them to other boards and sites.
